Passages from 3rd and 4th act of 5 act opera, from Tybalt’s death scene and Romeo’s banishment (end of Act 3), and Friar Lawrence’s description of the sleep potion to Juliette in Act 4 partly corresponding to text of most vocal scores published after 1867, with some variants; 4th act passage differs in key and continuation from published versions. Includes revisions by composer, with deletions indicated by blue crayon and other markings in blue crayon and pencil.
