Holograph in dark brown ink (Rapsodie espagnole) and pencil (L’enfant et les sortlèges). Consists of an 8-bar orchestral draft utilizing the opening motif of the work for orchestra Rapsodie espagnole in a form unused in the finished work, and a continuity draft of vocal parts with accompaniment in short score of 37 bars of the opera L’enfant et les sortilèges generally corresponding to the music from rehearsal figure 107 to the 1st bar of figure 111 in the score of the finished work published: Paris : Durand, c1925. Publisher’s no.: 13019. Rapsodie espagnole sketch includes harp tuning indications in pencil. L’enfant et les sortilèges draft includes alterations in black ink and circled annotation in blue crayon at left of 2nd system: cl. si♭.
